The collection contains four documents from a court case concerning the Women's Labor Law of 1913 in Pennsylvania. Mary Price, owner of the Pen-Hurst Hotel, Coalbaugh Township (near Mt. Pocono), Monroe County, Pa. was charged with violating the posting of a schedule of the hours of women's labor. Included are a copy of the opinion reversing the judgment of the justice, the defendant's brief, certiorari citations to previous decisions, and a ruling of the Industrial Board, Women's Labor Law, 31 July 1917.
